ATM Lending is looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Originators in the Jacksonville, FL area to join our growing team!

As a Loan Originator, you will partner with clients and Realtors alike to provide a positive loan experience by demonstrating our commitment to providing exemplary customer service, competitive loan programs, and creative loan solutions.

Responsibilities:

Partner with clients and realtors on the loan process.
Educate clients on competitive loan programs & creative loan solutions.
Maintain the highest level of customer service.
Present mortgage options in accordance with all regulations.
Assist clients with completing applications, ensuring paperwork and signatures needed to process the mortgage are collected timely and accurately, and maintain communication throughout processing.
Maintain awareness of mortgage industry trends and increase brand awareness in the community.
Network and generate leads.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Maintain a high level of accountability and morality. ‍

Requirements:

NMLS License required.
Ability to maintain license & complete continued education.
Ability to provide exemplary customer service.
Must be a motivated individual with proven sales experience.
Knowledge of the mortgage process.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.

Details:

UNLIMITED earning potential (average compensation + $100K/annually, can depend on individual performance).
